Il retrace son exploit de traverser l’Europe sans bagage, sans portefeuille et sans passeport, à raison d’un marathon par jour et en s’alimentant exclusivement de fruits glanés dans les arbres et buissons de long du chemin – et des légumes crus en demandant aussi le gîte et le couvert chez l’habitant chaque soir. « Je crois que tout ce dont j’ai besoin, je le trouve sur le chemin », témoigne-t-il. Il apporte aussi la preuve qu’ « une hygiène de vie adaptée à la physiologie de l’être humain permet de ne plus avoir peur des maladies, virus et bactéries. Car quand on s’alimente correctement, le système immunitaire ne craint rien. Or la santé est la clé pour sortir de la peur qui nous enferme ». Son leitmotiv : Plantons toujours plus d’arbres fruitiers pour que tous les hommes et femmes sur Terre puissent se nourrir partout, sainement.

Encore un challenge

Toute l’équipe du magazine Le Chou Brave est très heureuse d’être partenaire de ce documentaire de Pierre Barnérias, réalisé par les producteurs de Hold Up, Hold On et Thanatos.
