Danny Marquis nous raconte les bienfaits du jeûne et de la crusine afin de conserver l’énergie nécessaire à toutes ses activités. Il dévoile aussi l’origine du nom Le Chou Brave, dont il a su faire une force. Danny partage la vision de son travail pour le magazine, qui fêtera ses 10 ans en 2022, pour lequel il suit ses intuitions et son feu intérieur avant sa réflexion. Mettre du vivant dans sa vie et dans son corps, faire des ponts entre les gens pour élargir leur conscience… Il confie également pourquoi il a ouvert la ligne éditoriale du magazine pour aller au-delà de l’alimentation vivante mais parler aussi mieux-être et spiritualité. « Rajouter du mieux et le moins bon s’en va. » serait son mantra rédactionnel : parler vrai et authentique pour contribuer à un monde meilleur, c’est le pari du Chou Brave dont l’éclectisme de l’équipe rédactionnelle propose un contenu toujours plus exigent pour ses lecteurs.
