5 raisons de faire sa propre lessive

Préparation
Pour une lessive efficace et écologique, vous n’avez besoin que de trois ingrédients : du savon Marseille, du bicarbonate de soude et de l’eau.
- Faites bouillir 1l d’eau.
- Râpez dans une petite bassine l’équivalent d’un grand verre de savon de Marseille.
- Ajoutez 5 cuillères à soupe de bicarbonate de soude.
- Versez l’eau chaude par dessus et mélangez énergiquement (dans l’idéal avec un fouet) jusqu’à ce que le savon ait bien fondu.
- Laissez refroidir et versez dans un bidon : c’est prêt !
Avant chaque utilisation, secouez le bidon. Et pensez à mettre un peu de vinaigre blanc dans le compartiment pour adoucissant, pour que votre linge reste souple.

> Pour un lavage encore plus efficace, vous pouvez ajouter des cristaux de soude au mélange de départ : ½ verre.
> Si vous voulez parfumer votre linge, ajoutez à la toute fin 5 à 10 gouttes d’huiles essentielles : lavande, citron ou tea tree.
Astuces :
Si votre lessive devient solide (cela peut arriver), ajoutez un peu d’eau chaude.
Utilisez bien du « vrai » savon de Marseille, qui contient au moins 72 % d’huile. Traditionnellement, il est de couleur verte, fabriqué à partir d’huile d’olive, mais on le trouve fréquemment de couleur blanche : alerte à l’huile de palme…
Si vous trouvez fastidieux de râper votre savon, vous pouvez trouver très facilement du savon de Marseille en paillettes/copeaux. Mais cela vous coûtera plus cher, pour un gain d’une petite dizaine de minutes.
