ÉPISODE 5/7 : Le service gestion de la douleur au CHU de Montpellier
La médecine intégrative à l’honneur
Le service « douleur, psychosomatique, maladie fonctionnelle » nous a ouvert ses portes au CHU de Montpellier. Nous y avons découvert une équipe vibrante et impliquée dans la qualité de l’accompagnement proposé aux patient-e-s. Entre pratique méditative (individuelle ou collective), massages, hypnose, relaxation et tant d’autres approches, la médecine intégrative est mise à l’honneur ! Ici, on considère que la douleur n’est pas une fatalité.
Les intervenants
Dr Olivier Abossolo, ancien anesthésiste pratiquant l’hypnose en bloc opératoire. Aujourd’hui, il anime des ateliers de médiation au CHU de Montpellier dans le service de gestion la douleur.
