Il y a quelques mois, j’étais à un tournant de ma vie : changements personnels, un deuxième confinement en préparation, besoin de voir mon activité professionnelle sous un nouvel angle ; je jeûne un temps, je lis plusieurs livres et regarde des vidéos qui me font grandir, mais j’ai besoin de plus. J’entends parler de la Greatness Académie pour la deuxième fois cette année, cette fois sera la bonne. Je décide donc de plonger au cœur de cette « académie » dont je ne sais pas grand chose mis à part que tous les participants viennent parce qu’ils connaissent quelqu’un qui l’a fait.
3 jours pour évoluer
Un séminaire de trois jours d’exercices expérientiels pour comprendre comment exploiter son plein potentiel, ajuster ses intentions et créer des résultats extraordinaires, dans tous les domaines de sa vie : c’est exactement ce qu’il me fallait.
Et ils ont tenu parole. Ces trois jours me remuent suffisamment pour que je voie des changements concrets et que j’aie envie de continuer l’aventure. Je connaissais déjà certains aspects et je retrouve des exercices de développement personnel qui m’étaient familiers. Mais leur approche est nouvelle, plus concrète, plus stimulante, elle me séduit. On enchaîne différents exercices, seuls ou en groupe, mais pour toujours une même finalité : se rapprocher de soi autant que de l’humanité qui nous entoure. Être la meilleure version de moi-même, grâce à des clefs et des entraînements que je n’avais pas encore testés jusqu’alors. Pari réussi au travers de cette ambiance vivante, vibrante et bienveillante. Toujours. Peu importe nos origines, notre âge, nos métiers, nos étiquettes en somme.
Ensemble on va plus loin
Sans oublier l’implication des coachs et la présence ultra-dynamique du staff [des anciens de la Greatness qui ont vu leur vie évoluer, voire complètement se transformer et veulent partager leur expérience et accompagner les novices]. Nous nous retrouverons peut-être à un séminaire parisien, d’ailleurs ! Je retournerai sans doute en tant que staff, j’ai envie de partager ce que j’ai pu transmuter, partager mes victoires, comment j’ai dépassé ma procrastination, comment je me suis aimée vraiment, comment j’ai connecté avec les autres, comment je me suis enfin mise à écrire tous ces livres de recettes qui trouvent peu à peu des éditeurs.
Assister à ces transformations est tellement magique et bouleversant, voir cette étincelle d’espoir briller dans les regards des autres stagiaires, ces challenges personnels relevés haut la main, toute cette alchimie est enivrante. Car seul on va plus vite, mais ensemble on va plus loin.
