Tistrya a réalisé une excellente interview de Bruce Lipton, un biologiste cellulaire et spécialiste de l’épigénétique, qui nous parle du pouvoir de l’esprit sur les gènes. Une vidéo édifiante à tous points de vue. Il part du postulat que nous ne sommes pas déterminés par nos gènes, que l’héritage familial ne nous harasse pas d’un destin implacable. Au contraire, l’épigénétique prouve que nos gènes sont régis par notre environnement, notre mode de vie et nos croyances ; nous avons alors le pouvoir d’œuvrer afin d’optimiser nos gènes à leur plus haut degré d’efficacité. Ainsi, aucun déterminisme, notre génétique est le fruit de notre niveau de conscience et de nos croyances, sur lesquelles nous pouvons agir.
